pyTivo - A real time transcoding TiVo HMO GoBack Server written in Python.

pyTivo Forums - pyTivo enables the real time transcoding of numerous video types to MPEG2 in real time. This allows a user to select and watch a video on his TV using the TiVo interface. This project was started by Armooo. I got involved in 2006 porting the program to Linux. I spend most of my time working on this project.

Funambol Blackberry Plugin - A SyncML client for Blackberries

Funambol-SW - This SyncML client allows an individual to Sync his Contacts and Calendar with a central server without the use of the expensive Blackberry Enterprise Server. This project was originally started by the Funambol Community. I was however unsatisfied with the pace of development from Funambol. I started my own port optimized to work with ScheduleWorld.com. So far I have solved many of the bugs present in the original Funambol distribution. It is currently very stable and has only slight problems with recurring events.

Blackberry IMAP Proxy - Man it the Middle IMAP Proxy

BB-IMAP-Proxy - This proxy allows Blackberries to use the Trash and Sent folders on an IMAP server even when those folders are not in the root. Rim provides very little support for IMAP through the Blackberry Internet Service and only looks for Trash and Sent folders in the root and does not respect the NAMESPACE command. This php script sits in between your IMAP server and the RIM server. It makes the Trash and Sent folders appear to be in the root folder even if they are not. It is written in PHP because at the time that was all I could run on the server I had. It is probably not the ideal interpreter for this scenario. It works well for my personal use, rarely every crashing. However I doubt it would work well on large scale use.

TiVo Central For Mobile Devices - A way to set recordings for you TiVo through your phone

Tivo Central for Mobile Devices - This is an essential tool for me. It is nice to be able to program a show to record while on the run. However, there has been very little enthusiasm for this script. It is a simple PHP script that translates the TiVo Central pages into a more usable format for your phone. The TiVo Central portion works perfectly but only allows for finding shows by searching. I have been slowly adding a TV listing using Zap2it.com, however I have been pretty slow in doing this. Because of the limited interest in this script it is not my first priority.
